I am experienced and highly skilled in preparing and submitting planning and listed building applications, including Design and Access Statements and Heritage Statements.

I designed this new residential development in North Cambridge and drafted the Design and Access Statement for the planning application. It is in a sensitive location in a residential area.

Scudamores: I prepared the planning application for this major upgrade of their two punt stations in Cambridge. It involved very careful negotiations with the City Council Conservation Department, the Environment Agency, local stakeholders and the River Cam Conservancy.

I have designed and prepared many listed building applications, including for this extension to the Grade II* listed St Marys Church in Great Abington. These projects always require detailed and extensive negotiations with planning departmens and church planning authorities (DAC).
